Lionel Urban, Chairman

Lionel Urban serves as founding partner and Chairman of the Board for Navigator Lending Solutions and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and the vision of the company.  Currently, Lionel is the CEO of PCLender, LLC.  Since 1997, he supervised the development of a pioneering, Internet-based mortgage technology platform that is used by banks, credit unions and mortgage companies across the country.  Since 1987 Lionel has acquired mortgage banking experience in management, origination, operations, secondary marketing, and compliance roles within banks, credit unions and independent mortgage bankers.

Lorraine Lachapelle, Senior Vice President

Lorraine Lachapelle is the Senior Vice President of Navigator Lending Solutions, a Division of Land Home Financial Inc., responsible for guiding the vision and management of the operations for the company.  Since 1990, Lorraine has been a dedicated mortgage professional after beginning her career working in a credit union.  After college, she continued her education through Management Action Programs, a business leadership and management performance program.  Lorraine then started Mortgage Consulting for Financial Institutions and developed several Mortgage Fulfillment Centers.  During her Credit Union tenure, she developed the “People Helping People” philosophy which created her service level expectations as a core foundation for running an organization.  She has a passion for providing superior service levels to members/borrowers, and believes that a home loan is the biggest investment a person can make in one’s lifetime. She understands that service is not a “slogan” but it is a Value Discipline, and all employees must share that passion.  Lorraine has been active in CUES, ACUMA, MBA, and League Trade Associations.

Christopher Leppert, Operations Manager

Christopher Leppert is Operations Manager of Navigator Lending Solutions, responsible for all day-to-day business operations and staff oversight. Christopher brings more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry serving in roles such as owner/broker, management, processing, origination, closing, quality reviews, and NMLS federal course approved trainer. Prior to joining NavPros, Christopher was servicing manger and modification specialist with Bank of America. Prior to that he was the owner of Mortgage Equity Lenders, LLC for over 10 years. During that time, he grew M.E.L. to over 60 employees across 5 States. He instilled a high-performance culture company-wide, which resulted in the continued growth of sales & profits by training program development that supported key business objectives and sustained sales goals. He also leveraged his experience of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines, while overseeing the development of the annual operating and capital budget. Christopher is currently a licensed NMLS member and has an active license in both Florida and California.
